Payment Policy

To secure time, ingredients materials for custom orders, the following payment terms apply:

Orders $100 or Less ~ Full payment is required upfront to confirm and secure your order.

Orders Over $100 ~ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time.

Unpaid Deposits ~ Orders are not secured until a deposit or full payment is received. If a deposit is not paid, the date remains open and may be booked by other inquiries.

Important Reminder ~ All deposits are non-refundable, as time, planning, and materials are allocated upon booking.
