Pick Up Orders Policy

To ensure every order is fresh and ready on time, please review the following guidelines:

Scheduled Pick-Up Time ~ Orders must be picked up at the confirmed time provided. This helps keep the kitchen on schedule and ensures treats are at their freshest.

Late Pick-Ups ~ A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, availability for pick-up may not be guaranteed due to other scheduled commitments. For delays, please reach out as soon as possible to check for alternate arrangements.

Missed Pick-Ups ~ Orders not picked up on the scheduled date without prior communication may no longer be fresh. Howdy Sweet Treats is not responsible for spoilage or quality issues due to missed pick-ups.

Need to Reschedule? Life happens! To request a time change, please send notice at least 24 hours in advance to help ensure availability.
